Total cost

The price after the price.

An aircon quote that stops at the unit is not a quote. Here is the rest of it, published before you call, so nothing on installation day is a surprise.

What you are paying for

An installed aircon has four parts to its price.

1. The unit

The figure shown on every product page. That is the cash price for the box, and it is the only part of the job we can quote without seeing your wall.

2. Labour

Quoted per site after the survey. A ground-floor bedroom with a short pipe run and a fourth-floor condo with a long one are not the same job.

3. Materials

A standard length of copper and wire is included. Anything past it is metered at the rates below, so you pay for what the run actually needs.

4. Delivery

₱1,500 inside Metro Manila. Outside that it is quoted per address before you order, never added afterwards.

Published rates

Every add-on, with its price.

These are the line items that appear on real invoices. They are the same rates whether you found us today or have bought from us before.

  • The survey comes off the bill. ₱500 to check the site, deducted from the job if you push through.
  • Excess is metered, not estimated. Copper by the foot, communication wire by the metre, past the standard length only.
  • A breaker is only charged if you need one. If your line already carries the load, this line is not on your quote.
Terms

Cash and card are two different numbers.

Every price on this site is the cash price. Card and bank terms carry a higher figure because the charge is passed on rather than buried in the base price. We quote both so you can see the gap and decide.

Ask for the card figure on any unit before you commit. It is quoted per model, not as a flat percentage.

On pricing

Fair questions about the bill.

Why is installation not a fixed price?

Because the two things that drive it, the pipe run and the mounting, are different at every address. A quote given without seeing the site is either padded to cover the worst case or it gets revised upward on the day. The survey exists so the number we give you is the number you pay.

What counts as excess copper?

Standard installation includes a set length of copper tubing between the indoor and outdoor unit. If your outdoor unit has to sit further away than that, the extra is charged at ₱400 per foot. The survey measures it, so it is on the quote before work starts, not discovered afterwards.

Do I need a new circuit breaker?

Only if the existing line cannot carry the unit safely. On older homes with one breaker feeding a whole floor, a dedicated line is usually the right call. We check this during the survey and tell you either way. If you do not need one, it is not on the bill.

Is the ₱500 survey refundable if I do not push through?

It is deducted from the job if you proceed. If you decide not to, it covers the visit and the technician's time. You keep the findings either way, including the size recommendation and what the site needs.

Do you charge extra on weekends or holidays?

No. We are open every day from 7am to 10pm, so a Sunday booking is priced the same as a Tuesday one.
