- Roughly how big is the room? Length by width in metres is enough. It decides the horsepower.
- Which floor, and is there a balcony? This drives where the outdoor unit goes and how long the pipe run is.
- Is there an old unit to remove? Dismantling is ₱1,500 and we schedule it in the same visit.
- For a repair, what exactly is it doing? Not cooling, dripping, tripping, or noisy. Each one points somewhere different.
