Most aircon quotes stop at the unit, then the extras appear on installation day. Here is the rest of the list, published up front, so the number you plan around is the number you pay.
- The first 10 feet of installation is free. Past that, excess copper and wire are metered at the published rate, never estimated.
- Labour is quoted per site. Wall type, floor level and pipe run change the job, so we survey before we price it.
- Cash and card prices differ. Card and bank terms carry a higher price than cash. We quote both before you decide.

What size aircon does my room need?
As a rule of thumb for a Philippine home, budget roughly 700 BTU per square metre: 1.0 HP suits a bedroom up to about 16 m², 1.5 HP up to about 22 m², and 2.0 HP up to about 30 m². The sizer above does that maths for you. Treat it as a starting point. A room under an afternoon sun, with a high ceiling or with five people in it will need the next size up.
What does free installation for the first 10 feet cover?
The standard mounting and the first 10 feet of the run between your indoor and outdoor unit. If the outdoor unit has to sit further away than that, the extra copper is charged by the foot and the extra communication wire by the metre, at the rates on the pricing page. The survey measures the run, so the figure is on your quote before any work starts.
Is the unit price the whole price?
No. The prices on this site are the unit only, at cash terms. Installation labour is quoted per site because the wall type, the floor level and the pipe run change the work. The survey is what turns it into a fixed number.
Will you install a unit I bought somewhere else?
Yes. Installation, cleaning, repair and relocation are all available whether or not the unit came from us. Call with the brand, the model and the horsepower and we will quote it.
How often should an aircon be cleaned?
For a unit that runs most nights, roughly every three to four months. In Manila the give-away is airflow: if the unit runs longer to reach the same temperature, or the room smells musty when it starts, the coil and blower are loaded. A surface wipe of the filter is not the same as a teardown clean.
Do you deliver and install outside Metro Manila?
Our base rate covers Metro Manila. Outside that, delivery and travel are quoted per address. Ask before you order so the total is clear.
Inverter or non-inverter?
Inverter units cost more up front and draw less power once the room reaches temperature, so they pay back on units that run long hours, like a bedroom overnight. For a room used an hour or two a day, a non-inverter is often the better spend. Tell us the hours and we will tell you honestly which one wins.
My unit is not cooling. Repair or replace?
Depends on what failed and how old it is. A capacitor, a clogged drain or a dirty coil is a repair. A compressor on a unit past eight years usually is not worth it. We diagnose first and tell you which one you are looking at before any part is ordered.
